Bookings are requests until confirmed

Submitting the booking form creates a real booking record with a reference. Depending on how the business runs assignments, your booking may start as a request awaiting a caregiver. We only describe a caregiver as assigned once that assignment has actually been saved.

Prices and estimates

The pricing calculator produces an estimate from the options you choose: service, duration, number of pets, package and add-ons. Any configured tax or fee is shown separately. The total shown at the review step is the total recorded against your booking.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate care information — especially medical notes, medication instructions, allergies and behavioural warnings. A caregiver relies entirely on what you record.

• Tell us if your pet is unwell, in season, or has been unwell recently.
• Keep vaccination and health information up to date where the service requires it.
• Make sure the access instructions on your booking are correct and safe.

Photographs and content

Uploaded images must be yours to share. Do not upload images of other people's pets without permission.

Limits of what we claim

We do not publish insurance, certification or qualification claims unless the business has genuinely recorded them. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice, and any health concern about your pet belongs with your vet.
