How a booking happens
Choose the service, tell us about your pet, confirm the address, pick a real available slot, choose or request a caregiver, then review and confirm. You can move back and forth between steps without losing what you entered.

Availability, cancellations, rescheduling and what happens after a visit — all of it explained before you confirm anything.
Choose the service, tell us about your pet, confirm the address, pick a real available slot, choose or request a caregiver, then review and confirm. You can move back and forth between steps without losing what you entered.
The slots you see are calculated from each caregiver's working windows, approved time off, existing confirmed visits, travel buffers, the day's opening hours and any closure dates. Two people cannot be booked into the same caregiver's time.
If we cannot reach your postal code, we will tell you before you confirm and no booking will be saved. We would rather decline than stretch a caregiver too thin.
You can cancel or reschedule an upcoming booking from your dashboard. Cancelling releases the slot straight away, so another pet can be looked after in that time. Moving a booking re-checks availability, and if your caregiver is not free in the new slot the booking returns to the assignment queue.
After a visit, the caregiver records what actually happened: check-in and check-out times, feeding, water, toilet breaks, mood, activity and anything you should know. Reports contain only what was recorded — we never invent distances, routes or timings.
Online payment is not connected on this site. Bookings are recorded with an honest payment status, and a booking is never marked as paid unless the payment provider has confirmed it.
Questions about any of this? Just ask us — we would rather explain than surprise you.
