Plain English, no dark patterns. Here is exactly what we collect, who can see it and how to get rid of it.

What we collect and why

We collect only what we need to care for your pet safely: your contact details, the service address for a confirmed booking, and the care information you record about each pet. Nothing here is used for advertising.

  • Account details — your name, email and phone number.
  • Pet profiles — names, routines, feeding, medical notes, medication instructions and emergency contacts.
  • Booking details — service, date, time, address for the visit and any access instructions.
  • Care reports — what a caregiver actually recorded during a visit.

Who can see it

Your pet's information and your address are shown only to the caregiver assigned to your confirmed visit, and only while that visit is active. Management staff can see bookings and pet care notes where it is operationally necessary. No customer record is public, and addresses are never listed anywhere on this site.

Sensitive care information

Medical notes, medication instructions and emergency contacts are treated as sensitive. They are stored on the pet profile and surfaced to the caregiver for the booked visit, so nobody has to guess under pressure.

Payments

This site is not currently connected to a payment provider. No card details are collected, stored or processed here, and no booking is marked as paid unless a payment provider has independently confirmed it.

Photographs

Photos taken during a visit belong to you and are kept with that visit's care report. We only use an image publicly if you have given us permission, and gallery images of customers' pets are published only with consent.

Your choices

You can edit or delete a pet profile at any time, and you can ask us to remove your account and its records. If a pet is attached to an active booking we will ask you to cancel or complete that booking first, so the caregiver's schedule stays accurate.

Questions about any of this? Just ask us — we would rather explain than surprise you.
